Happy Birthday, ! I didn’t get in a workout today, although I did do much squatting down and getting up again and packing of books when I volunteered at the public library for an hour this afternoon.Yesterday I did the first section (core, I think it’s called) on the 10 Min Sol Blast off Belly Fat (horrible title) and it was tough – thought of you, Birthday Girl, when she did some pushups and then innumerable planks with wicked leg and arm lifting. Gave up a little into the plank section and did crunches instead for a bit. A good core work out, but definitely not for beginners or re-starters like me. Added in 10 mins on the bike later, too. in warmer (!) Sask
