Especially since I have been sleeping in longer - come on, spring, I am ready for you!Anyway - I did one mile of to wake up using her Walk Away the Pounds for Abs (the one w/ the walk belt) 2 mile walk. Once awake, I did Firm Express Ignite - Cardio for the last time this rotation, then, I finished up the workout to cool down. Finally, I added on a recorded Classical Stretch episode - I think from Season 5. This one focused on the hips and included stretches for the hips and lower back as well as some strengthening moves for the hips and glutes. I'm glad I got it in!Tomorrow - some sort of strength - I may do O'Brien's workout again since it is a borrow and I want to be prompt in returning it. Or, I may do some Huckabee. My chiro says my back is doing much better - and I agree w/ him - no flare ups and everything is moving easily these days. I wonder if it is a fluke or a result of all the walking and Pilates I have been doing since my last flare up in October?
