Guest guest Posted February 13, 2011 Report Share Posted February 13, 2011 yesterday I did mari winsor pilates.. can't remember which - i believe it was a pink sliming that was out about 2 years ago as fundraiser for cancer...but they are all similar and it felt good to lengthen and strengthen my power house.Today I did Push 3.. ughh again stalling dvd which is weird because it worked fine before and not been out .. I am still struggling with weights to choose.. think I need to go higher because I am never sore the next day and I can get thru 8sumo squat 30lbsingle arm row 25lbchest fly 17.5lblunge on pod (modified bowlers) -- I thought I was using 25 but used 30 and was spent after so this was gooddouble arm bent row 20lbbench press 20lbsingle leg sumo squat 25lbreverse grip bent over row 20lblong arm pullover. 20lb (I actually did 10 as it was skipping and I didn't catch it !)judy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
