I need some info on Vitamin A. I have a friend who is worried about me because I take CLO. She thinks a couple of carrots a day is all you need.

During the summer, tho, make sure you

really need CLO - most don't need the extra Vit D at this time.

It all depends on how much time you spend out in the sun and what your individual

Vit D needs are. Every one is different. I take it several times a week

during the summer and also take fish body oil on alternate days.
