THEN DO: BUTTERFLYWe had a Winter Weather Advisory for today so I won't be going to bowling tonight :( Hopefully next time my Michigan weather will cooperate.I almost skipped working out today but forced myself to do CLX Recharge...I'm happy I did because now my sore arms and legs feel better.
