Medicazione seems to be much more accepted, thanks! As for solutions,

another colleague suggested they may indeed mean physiological solutions

(as another type of medication, so to speak), and not necessarily

problem solving (of which they do speak a lot in other parts of the

software).

As for Gestione, that was the only one I didn't have any doubts...;-)

It's a software program that - somehow - is supposed to help you stay on

top of all the medication programs of all the patients in your ward.

So it is definitely management, and not administration (to the single

patient).
