Today I did the kettlebell konnection 25 min. workout that came with my 7 lb kettlebell. Today I used my new 10 lb. kettlebell. Wow, what a difference those 3 lbs make. This is still not real heavy and I will probably increase weight a little again soon, but I sure could feel those extra 3 lbs. After that I did the 7 min. segment from Strong Knees. I am off to shower now and head off to another stressful day at work. Have a great day everyone.
