Hi Everyone, Here's my week:Sunday - 30 min treadmill walk (hills) followed by Pilates w/ Tracey Mallett (did segments of her Renew You Sleek and Lean)Monday - 1 mile of to wake up, Firm Express Ignite Sculpt - Classical Stretch Season 4 - Injury Prevention; long walk (1 hour 40 min) w/ my friendTuesday - 30 min recumbent bike, Trudie Styler's Pure Sculpt one segment of core/abs, lower body and armsWed - 2 miles of (1 to wake up, 1 after my Firm workout), Firm Express Ignite Cardio, Recorded Classical Stretch (season 5)Thursday - O'Brien's Strong Body, Ageless Body, Recorded Classical stretch (Season 5)Friday - Firm Express Ignite Cardio & Sculpt, Kickstart Your Metabolism, Recorded Classical Stretch

Season 5 and walk (1 hour 30 min) w/ my friendSat - rest so far but if I get some time later I may either stretch or do some Pilates - my back started getting tight at the end of the week and I'm wondering if it is b/c I'm slacking off in my Pilates! Maybe I'll try to do CS every other day alternating w/ Pilates. Both seem to be good for me - but maybe i need more balance between the two.Anyway - hope everyone has a good one!Donna
