Guest guest
I love this stuff, too! It is pricey, but I get it as a "treat" sometimes. Oh - get this - my DH is a good grocery shopper in terms of saving $, but he does NOT read nutritional labels. He picked up a container of Cabot's Greek Yogurt - and these are the stats on it - 10% milk fat, 290 calories per cup, 210 calories from fat, and something like 75% of your daily limit for saturated fat! I say, thanks, but no thanks, if I'm eating something with those stats, it better be ice cream (full fat, Ben & Jerry's!) and not yogurt! Take care - Donna To: agilityfriendsgetfit ; exercisevideos Sent: Wed, February 9, 2011 2:05:45 PMSubject: OT-my new favorite yogurt it is 3 WW pointsplus and very filling... ymmm it is made with agave, nonfat and all good........http://skyr.com/
