Guest guest
I just found a link on what the yellow stuff lining the colon might be. Kind of sad that the doc that did this did not find it... it only took me less than one minute on google images to find it. Maybe show him the pictures and see if they match what he found and then also ask for some testing to be done specifically for what this link shows, which is a type of bacteria called C. Difficile. And, like the name implies, it is difficult to get rid of, but would be well worth the effort to do so! And just in case the doc says that this is not common in children, well, I would not let it go until I had the tests run, because there are lots of children on the autism spectrum (don't know if yours is or isn't) who have C. Difficile. Check out this link, scroll down for the pictures... http://www.gihealth.com/newsletter/previous/041.html W
