I think the next phase will be better for me and I will be able to up my weights when we aren't doing any compound moves. It had helped tremendously with balance and strength. It also helps the triceps and biceps. My problem is that I have bad knees and when I feel them creaking and popping, it's time to back off. Also the position for the Sumo Squat is awkward so I'm careful about how I do it and how far I go down.
