No, I don't think I can up my weights because my triceps are weak and when I'm doing sumo squats or lunges my knees don't feel all that secure/safe. I think the next phase will be better for me and I will be able to up my weights when we aren't doing any compound moves. Jen I think the weights you are using are excellent!  Keep it up Gurl!

What has helped with the strenght in my legs Jen, had been doing P-57 workouts. It had helped tremendously with balance and strength. It also helps the triceps and biceps.

What are P-57 workouts?My legs are strong and I have good balance. My problem is that I have bad knees and when I feel them creaking and popping, it's time to back off. Also the position for the Sumo Squat is awkward so I'm careful about how I do it and how far I go down. Jen
