Guest guest Posted January 9, 2011 Report Share Posted January 9, 2011 Hi Everyone,Here's my check in from last week - it feels good to be doing some more "advanced" workouts again:Sunday - 45 min on TM doing interval/hill program from magazine; Trudie Styler's Pure Sculpt - core, legs and armsMonday - Firm Express (FE) Cycle 1 (Ignite) - Sculpt & PowerFit Core FusionTuesday - PowerFit Harmony Cardio (Move it and Power Up - back to back) - PowerFit Harmony Core Workout - Body Balance (also bonus hour plus walk with my friend)Wed - FE Ignite - Cardio and 10 Min Solution Pilates for Beginners - abs, legs, arms & stretchThurs - PowerFit Harmony Upper Body Blast & Lower Body BlastFriday - FE Ignite, 10 Min Solution for Beginners Total Body & KV Stretch workout -slow stretch segments and walk (hour plus) with my friendSat - RestToday, I have been lazy. Just not in the mood to workout first thing this a.m. - I'm sure it is the cold and dark. So, I have promised myself that I will do *something* later. It may be 30 min on the TM and 30 min of Pilates or I may doing a sculpting workout - which will mean switching up the order of my Firms, but I'm ok w/ that - I figure the idea is that I will hit all three of the Ignite workouts again this week.
