Ross, your book, Lost at School is receiving rave reviews. Before starting this

interview, what was your main purpose in writing the book? Kids with social,

emotional, and behavioral challenges are very poorly understood…not just

in schools, but in many segments of society. With my first book, The Explosive

Child, I tried to bring the model of care I originated – called

Collaborative Problem Solving – into the families of challenging kids.
