Jen, you are doing great! I hate to admit, but I haven't done my Push circuits for this week yet. Man, Turbo is kicking my booty right now! I'm still teaching every day, plus learning a new round to start next Tuesday. I will try to do Push circuit 1 tomorrow since I just have one class to teach. You are doing awesome!!!TEena

Thanks ! I'm working HARD. I'm also trying to keep my calories around 1,300/1,400 a day. I had a 1/2 lb loss today and I'm back down to 187.8 again, so I'm hoping for a bigger weight loss this Sunday. I worked Tuesday night 8:30pm to Wednesday 6:30am...I was told only until 6am but I had to stay until 6:30am when the patient was discharged. I was only able to sleep 3 or so hours there, I don't know how many because I kept being woke up my the technician coming in to check on the patient. When I got how today at 7am I went back to sleep for 3 1/2 hours then I had to eat breakfast and leave to tutor from 12 to 5pm. Needless to say I tried that 5 hour energy...it was ok but I didn't feel all that alert but at least I didn't feel like I was gong to fall over and sleep

where I landed LOL! Today (Wednesday) I walked twice and am about to do Push Circuit 1...I guess this is technically Thursday since it's so late BUT what can I say...? I'm CRAZY and I want to get this workout in.Super (or Super CRAZY) Jen

I was thinking exactly the same thing about my abs!! They're in there! I know

they are! They're just hidden by the " legacy fat " from my life before

workouts...

It's strange because I worked from 8:30pm on Tuesday to 6:30am on Wednesday then I tutored for about 5 hours. I was tired but not exhausted and what was strange is that I wasn't hungry! Usually when I'm tired I get hungry.....this time I had no appetite. Today though I'm hungry...strange. So yesterday I went about 300/400 calories under my goal and today I will go over it by about 200/300 calories...I guess it all balances out. Are you counting calories ?
