Jen's exercise for 02/08/11 Tuesday ChaLEAN Extreme Rotation Push Phase Week 2 I walked on my treadmill - 32 minutesNEWO Interval Workout #1I walked on my treadmill again - 30 minutes About.com's Walk of Life plan Burn It Off – DVD 5 Total time: 27:01 minutes SINGLE LEG FLOOR TAP BURPEES - I did all " real " burpees, YEA ME! PLYO REVERSE LUNGE PLANK WITH KNEE PULLS - These were HARD! RIGHT LEG SIDE PLANK PLANK WITH KNEE PULLS - These were HARD! LEFT LEG SIDE PLANK JUMPING JACKS WITH BAND - I did as many " real " jumping jacks as I could, then I modified them. 1 MINUTE BREAK TO WALK AROUND AND DRINK WATER STEP STRADDLE SPEED SKATERS SPEED SKATERS WITH BAND SCREAMERS LATERAL LUNGE WITH LATERAL RAISE RIGHT ARM LATERAL RAISE LEFT LEG LIFTS - 5 lb weights LATERAL LUNGE WITH LATERAL RAISE LEFT ARM LATERAL RAISE RIGHT LEG LIFTS - 5 lbs weights FOOTBALL DRILLS 3 POINT STANCE - I didn't jump when I did these RIGHT HAND TOUCHES FLOOR 3 POINT STANCE - I didn't jump when I did these LEFT HAND TOUCHES FLOOR Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Man, Turbo is kicking my booty right now! I'm still teaching every day, plus learning a new round to start next Tuesday. I will try to do Push circuit 1 tomorrow since I just have one class to teach. Guest guest Posted February 9, 2011 Report Share Posted February 9, 2011 Thanks ! I'm working HARD. I'm also trying to keep my calories around 1,300/1,400 a day. I had a 1/2 lb loss today and I'm back down to 187.8 again, so I'm hoping for a bigger weight loss this Sunday. I worked Tuesday night 8:30pm to Wednesday 6:30am...I was told only until 6am but I had to stay until 6:30am when the patient was discharged. I was only able to sleep 3 or so hours there, I don't know how many because I kept being woke up my the technician coming in to check on the patient. When I got how today at 7am I went back to sleep for 3 1/2 hours then I had to eat breakfast and leave to tutor from 12 to 5pm. Needless to say I tried that 5 hour energy...it was ok but I didn't feel all that alert but at least I didn't feel like I was gong to fall over and sleep where I landed LOL! Today (Wednesday) I walked twice and am about to do Push Circuit 1...I guess this is technically Thursday since it's so late BUT what can I say...? Guest guest Posted February 10, 2011 Report Share Posted February 10, 2011 It's strange because I worked from 8:30pm on Tuesday to 6:30am on Wednesday then I tutored for about 5 hours. I was tired but not exhausted and what was strange is that I wasn't hungry! Usually when I'm tired I get hungry.....this time I had no appetite. Today though I'm hungry...strange. So yesterday I went about 300/400 calories under my goal and today I will go over it by about 200/300 calories...I guess it all balances out. Are you counting calories ?
