Voir aussi les descriptions suivantes :

Readily apparent perinephric stranding. Axial CT scan shows stranding of

the fat surrounding the left kidney and proximal left ureter.

Subtle perinephric stranding. On an axial CT scan, the interface between

the lower pole of the left kidney with the surrounding fat is indistinct,

indicating mild stranding of the perinephric fat. In contrast, margins of

the lower pole of the right kidney are well defined.

(...) we looked for secondary signs of obstruction (perinephric or

periureteral fat stranding)

Hi, Alain,

I think it should be " infiltration, formation, apparition (depending on

context) de cordons de graisse périrénale "

Note : on dit " graisse périrénale " pas " périnéphrétique " . Du moins est-ce

l'usage.

Hope not too late and useful

Have a nice day

Bonjour ,

I had finally found " infiltration " as being the right solution here. However I

had used " périnéphrétique " as used in the Merk Manual, but I realized based on

your comment and some research through Goggle that " périrénale " is more commonly

used. And it's not too late!

Thanks!

Bonjour ,

http://www.radiology.org.yu/download/main9 (Figure 1)

et surtout cette URL (Department of Radiology - Harvard Medical School). Y

sont notamment évoqués des " strands of fat "

f
