I was all over the place on what workout I wanted to do today.  I finally decided on 's Lean Hot body, but I went into it with much reluctance!  I knew it was going to be tough.  Well, I liked the workout a lot.  It went by really fast.  The cons of the workout for me was that there were so many floor to standing exercises and a lot of the moves taxed my back.  Any time I do a low squat or lunge with dumbbells on the floor, it puts a lot of pressure on my back.  I modified here and there though and made it through just fine.  I used my step for a lot of the 'burpee-type' exercises and with two risers.  That made the workout considerably easier.  I loved his energy in it, and was shocked at how fast the workout went.  While I found it was hard, I was expecting it worse.  But, I'm guessing with my modifications (mostly taking it easier on my back) lessened the intensity immensely.  I always like to guess what I burn before I check my HRM.  I was guessing in the high 500's.  I was so pleasantly surprised when it read 734 calories and my average was at 135 - YEE-HAW!  Oh, I also did the abs, and I really liked those too.  I'm curious how this one compares to 's Peak 10 Cardio Strength?
