Good going, ! It is tough to lose those holiday pounds. I'm just now getting more of a handle on my "normal" eating patterns. I am still really struggling w/ motivation to exercise. I think a lot of that is just that it is so cold, dark and depressing in the winter. I'm glad to have the Firm Express workouts b/c I can gear myself up for a 20 minute workout and then I almost always add something else on to make it longer.DonnaTo: Sent: Tue, January 18, 2011 8:39:32 AMSubject: 's weigh in for today

On my Biggest Loser sparkpeople group we are doing a weigh in challenge every tuesday since it is when the Biggest Loser comes on. Here are my results from this week.

1. 154 (1/11/11) 2. 151.8 (1/18/11) 3. 2.2 lb lost 4. 1.43% loss
