Guest guest Posted January 18, 2011 Report Share Posted January 18, 2011 Good going, ! It is tough to lose those holiday pounds. I'm just now getting more of a handle on my "normal" eating patterns. I am still really struggling w/ motivation to exercise. I think a lot of that is just that it is so cold, dark and depressing in the winter.
