Guest guest
There is one that is called " Tae Bo Cardio " that is pretty basic. For someone who has never done a Blanks workout, which one would be best to start with? Our library has about 20 of his workouts, including " This is Taebo. " They all sound pretty advanced with descriptions such as " ultimate, " " insane, " " amped, " etc... Gotta learn to walk before I can run! Guest guest
Indyrose they are really not as hard as they sound. I am a wimp and I do them all the time. I actually have a harder time with the warm up stretch than the actual workouts themselves. The ones that say amped use a special amplifier weighted bar, but they show modifications to do it without the bar. I wish I had your library. Ours has one workout DVD, a "crunch salsa" workout. That's it. in CA > To: exercisevideos > Date: Tue, 18 Jan 2011 17:43:17 +0000> Subject: Starting taebo> > For someone who has never done a Blanks workout, which one would be best to start with? Guest guest
That one's there! I just put it on my hold list. (I'm #3 in the queue.) Thanks for the recommendation. Guest guest
Yes, I'm very happy with our library. (www.imcpl.org) When I search on " fitness DVDs " I got 523 responses! Many are the latest ones out, and there are plenty of old VHS tapes to check out, too. Indianapolis is a major city, so one would hope it has a good library system. Guest guest
There's also an instructional video, I can't remember the name right now but he just goes through all the moves on it and there's, I think, a very short workout bringing them together. (Tae Bo impaired... I like but he moves waaaaay too fast for me) Re: Starting taebo That one's there! I just put it on my hold list. Guest guest
I would say Taebo Basic or TaeBo Cardio. I believe the first ones were on VHS so check for those. They are great workouts you will love them! Good luck:)Sent from Jaclyn's iPhone For someone who has never done a Blanks workout, which one would be best to start with?
