Wow, what can I say after watching that video, but Wow! I truly

believe its all about the pathogens. Somewhere along the way,

digestion has been highly impaired, and diet can make all the

difference. Elaine talks about how eating starch feeds pathogens,

which destroy our gastro-intestinal lining. She further states we

crave what our pathogens want, starch. I totally agree. We are at

war, and the enemy lives in our bodies.

Heidi,

You said it so well. And that war will go on unless we stop feeding

the enemy and the enemy is not able to " make babies " (Elaine

Gottschall's words). I truly believe that the intestines must be

healed and the leaky gut healed inorder to truly recover. Doing this

step first will save money in the long run. Immune systems will have

a better chance of functioning as God intended them.
