13 more queries from a text I am finding somewhat difficult. I apologise for

the long list but it is probably better to list them all at once. Some of these

only contain a single word that I don't know. Your comments appreciated.

1. V.a. Peritonealimplantate bei Z.n. rupturierter EUG, persistierender

a) I have the feeling I can leave EUG as is but I would like to footnote it and

say what it stands for. Is it Eutopic Gland?

I have always translated Z. n. as condition existing after .... Is that the

correct way to deal with this abbreviation?

2. Wir führten die Revisonslaparoskopie am ...... durch

Is this just a 'revision laparoscopy' meaning a previous laparoscopy procedure

had been carried out?

3. Einmalkatheterismus

Probably a disposable catheter but how do I expess this?

4. Adnexbereiche palpatorisch ohne suspekten Befunde.

I'm not sure how to express the palpatorisch here. Something to do with feeling

with the hands?

5. Stichinzision im Bereich der unteren Nabelcircumferenz. Einführen der

Verres-Nadel.

a) Is 'Stichinzision' a puncture incision? What is a Verres-Nadel - a

Verres needle?

6. Einführen des zweiten Trokars unter Sicht. What is 'unter Sicht' ?

7. Leber oB (ohne Befund) is that the same thing as unauffällig?

8. Adhaesionen im Colon ascendes/Zökumbereich zur vorderen Bauchwand

What is 'Zökumbereich' ?

9. An der Uterushinterwand ein z.B. Infiltrat mit aktivem Placentagewebe

What is z. B. here? Zum Beispiel doesn't fit here.

10. Mutmaßlich kleine intramurale und subseröse Myome.

Is Myome a singular myoma?

11. Gleichfalls am rechten Ovar anheftend entsprechende Areale und

bridenförmige, strangförmige Verklebungen des rechten Ovars zur Beckenwand.

What is " bridenförmige " here ? I take strangförmig to be cord shaped

12. Hier erfolgt die Mobilisierung und gleichfalls Koagulation des Wundbettes.

I have translated 'Wundbettes' as 'wound bed' but is that what it means?

13. Diese Veränderungen werden sämtlich ausgedehnt bipolar koaguliert mit in

die Tiefe gehender D?truktion.

This sentence has me completely stumped and the last word has a letter crossed

out by a pen for some reason.

Any suggesions appreciated.

extremely helpful comments.

I think 'zur Beobachtung' makes the best sense of z.B. but I will give that

some thought and perhaps put a footnote. 'zum Beispiel really doesn't fit'.

I still have a few reports left to translate before the end of the week so there

will probably be a few more queries.
