Hi Everyone,

Here's my week:

Sunday - Ellen's Skinny Sculpt & segements from Exhale Core Fusion Pilates Plus (upper, lower & stretch)

Monday - 2 Miles (one pre- FIRM, one post-FIRM), Firm Express Accelerate Cardio, Classical Stretch - Lower Back Pain (15 min) practice

Tuesday - 40 min recumbent bike; Element Pilates for Weight Loss

Wed - Accelerate Cardio & Sculpt, Trudie Styler Sculpt workout (core, lower and arms), and Classical Stretch Season 4 - Pack Pain Relief

Thursday - slept through a.m. workout, but did "Shovel Max"

Friday - Accelerate Sculpt, 20 min recumbent bike, 1 mile on the TM, and Rael Pilates System 7.

Sat - Rest

So, not a bad week. Best part was shoveling w/out injury!Tomorrow: Some sort of "sculpting" workout, plus I have my long walk planned w/ my friend for the afternoon since we missed it this week.

Great week, ! Will look forward to hearing about the 10K next week!

I got 6.5 hours in this week and they were intense hours so I'm happy! I realize I only had one day off so guess what? I'm probably going to take today off and enjoy my Sunday being a bump on a log and I confess, shamefully, that some caebernet will feature into the picture later on :) Next Sunday is my very first 10K, so I will run 3 miles on Tuesday and Thursday. Tomorrow is Kettlebells - I watched Bob Harper's Kettlebell Sculpted Body and it looks GOOD and HARD! I can't wait to try it after work tomorrow! I'll probably do the recumbent bike during lunch at the Sweat Shop. Here's to a new week of workouts!
