Yeah ....it is really making an impact here in Atlanta. A very large

church (think it's the pastor who wrote the intro for the book) is

practicing it. I'm getting more inquires about where to find raw milk

than ever. Don't know what exactly to say as we just don't have that

many resources but it's good to know the demand is really increasing.

Especially if we ever start to lobby for this.

Today someone just told me about another large church that is moving

the congregation towards this way of eating. Amazing.

The Makers Diet was the turning point for my moving to Raw Dairy and

taditional foods. I noticed that almost all his recipes were From

Sally Fallons book " Nourishing Traditions " so I got that one to. What

a difference it is beginning to make in my life! It is a great book

that amkes a whole lot of sense whether you are Christian or not. I

highly recommend reading it.

From his other work I know that Rubin is a keen advocate of Goats

milk. Were you convinced of that part of his argument?

Yes actually, but I have no access to Raw Goats milk and I do have

access to Cow's milk so we do cow's milk!
