You burn more calories when it's cold out. Hi Everyone, I walked w/ my friend today - we did our 6 mile loop. Not as fast as usual b/c of icy and snowy patches on the sidewalk. I also saw my chiro and he basically adjusted everything from my SI Joint to my Neck! How did I get so messed up? Anyway, I feel tons better after that. I really need to keep active this weekend to keep everything loose and in good alignment. Tomorrow I *must* stretch or do some matwork; Sunday, I will either do the Firm workout I missed today or a Margaret and some more stretching.
