On back machine #4 I mentioned I was going on a date next Wednesday, with an Englishman who does Noel's most favorite workouts: yoga and pilates. This sent Noel into his gay voice, " Oh! I can lift a pencil. See how useful I am? I can pick up your pencil for you; go ahead, drop it! And I can hand it to you from many directions! " *L* We ended back with my favorite back machine, the one where you lay prone at a diagonal and pull up a wiggly bar. Back is a hard area to get with just dumbells. Next we did the pyramid drill for biceps and then the regular bicep machine and got an extra 4th set on it by request.. What's fun about doing that with Noel is that sometimes he helps me lift it up but other times he'll resist me and push against it.
