What is the rule about Autism Coverage in Texas?

I thought a while back a law was passed saying that insurance companies had to

cover kids in Texas with autism. Why is ours still denying coverage? And why are

so many others having a hard time getting coverage? Are these companies not

breaking the law? And if so, how do we make them pay?
