Okay, I finally did it, it's my official weigh in today and I am back in the 140's. Today's weight is 148.6. On December 7th I had gotten down to 149 but then by Jan. 4th I was back up to 155 again. So now I am lower than my lowest weight had been again. It feels good. Now I just have to keep it going. Have a great day everyone.

I am so happy for you, and envious!  :)  you have really upped the ante on your workouts too -  they are getting more and more advanced.  I bet you are an inspiration to everyone around you!

I'm the opposite, I lost over 30 lbs walking outside all summer long. I gained about 6 or 7 lbs during the holidays. I've been doing CLX for 2 months and I'm still at a 25/26 lb lost. It's very frustrating! JenSubject: Re: 's weigh inTo: exercisevideos Date: Tuesday, March 1, 2011, 10:20 AM

My weight can fluctuate 3 lbs within a day, both up and down. I just look at the long term trend, and don't worry about the short term fluctuations. I've lost about 20 lbs since last October, when I went from just treadmill walking to exercise videos.

Can't wait until I'm down as low as you ! Good going!!

1. 150.4 (Feb. 22) 2. 146.2 (March 1) 3. 4.2 pounds lost 4. 2.79% weight loss

Now I just have to figure out how to hold onto it and keep it off.
