Hi Judy,You may need to build your shoulder strength with dumbbells and not bands. I find that bands with too much resistance can hurt my smaller muscles and strain my jointsVennitta

 

got it in .. gotta run.. but weights were ok.. last week I did it with bands and it really hurt my shoulders so did same weights as week 1

need to up for next week..judy

Oh gotcha, I forget that you travel a lot. Does Burn 3 hurt when you use the green band?

no it isn't too bad with the lowest band I have (one from reebok) just a pain to pause and switch..etc. I think the bands are harder as I can't get exact weights but like I said.. better than nothing... I am hoping to get home in time Sunday to do BC 3 with weights again :)To: exercisevideos Sent:
