Guest guest
Is this the Basilar Invagination? The Arch of C1 was bound down quite densley to the foramen magnum bone with adhesions at that region however this carried out widley to each side and then up suuperiorly to both cerebellar hemispheres How far would the Tonsils be down in mm,s ? No one has ever mentioned the size It was able to see the cerebellar tonsils pulsating up and dowd in the cervical area just below the lamina of C2 which has already been removed.
