Guest guest Posted January 6, 2011 Report Share Posted January 6, 2011 Hi all, I have been crazy busy today. I am going to go to bed soon but I wanted to post my workout today. Before work this morning I did the 20 minute kettlebell konnection workout again. My new heavier ones should arrive on Monday. Right now I am previewing the Firm, transfirm your trouble zones workout. It has a 40 minute full workout, a 20 minute express workout and a bonus 8 minute ab workout. The 40 min. one looks kinda fun but tough. They are only using a 5 lb kettlebell for it. I may try it with the 7 this Saturday, I don't have a 5 lb. Today from Netflix arrived 2 workouts, Strong Knees and The new biggest loser cardio max weight loss. Since I'm not supposed to spend any money, I want to try these out to see if I like them. I do have a kettlebell question as well. Is it okay to do kettlebells every day? Like with strength training they say not to work the same muscles on consecutive days, is it the same for kettlebells or can you do it 2 or 3 days in a row if you want to?
