Home Shopping Network and QVC both sold a similair product called

Oxyciser. The Oxyciser was pulled off the market for patent issues.

The Chi Machine and how it works is copyrighted, so they pulled the

Oxyciser off the market and were charged a large sum of money. Same

type of machine though. In fact, it is possible that the Chi Machine

is sold on HSN and QVC, as I do not watch that often anymore. Amy
