Hello all,

The public can comment on the TEA website. If you are interested in contributing

to the discussion, you can find all the different rules under discussion at this

web address:

http://www.tea.state.tx.us/index4.aspx?id=8375 & menu_id=962

I know I am stating the obvious when I say that all comments should be

constructive, not alienating, if you want to preserve rules and rights

articulated under the Commissioner's Rules. It is always helpful to point out

why the rules 1) serve the intent of the legislation, 2) how they benefit the

community targeted by the rule, 3) how the rule aligns with federal regulation,

4) how the state benefits (preferably financially) by implementation of the

rule.

Hello all,

I wanted to ask if anyone out there has attempted to contact TEA about attending

the Section 89 Commissioner's Rules " stakeholder's meetings " regarding

" review/revision " . If so, please feel free to contact me privately.

Thank you -
