Guest guest
What type of Magnesium is it? I would drop it down again and see if hat makes a difference Mx Hi allMy son weighs around 60lbs - I've just increased his magnesium from 400 to 500 mg a day and he has been very excitable at bedtime - much more so than usual. Is this a side effect of magnesium? He's also doing a LOT of posturing against the side of his bed - shaking the house! I am giving him the extra capsule just before bedtime. Effects on 400mg were very positive - increased speech, calm behaviour, playing with toys, which is why I decided to push it a bit further. ThanksSue
