Guest guest
Woohoo! This is really great, Indyrose. Exercise just improves your life in so many ways. It makes an even bigger difference as we get older. My non-exercising contemporaries are falling apart. It's hard to watch sometimes, especially since exercise is such a fun option once you get going. Here's to a vibrant future! Yesterday I spent 4-1/2 hours walking around our state fair grounds (indoors) for a woodworking trade show with my husband. This is a big annual event for us, one I have dreaded in the past because it always killed me for a couple of days afterwards. But this year, I didn't even feel tired, much less painful, as I have in the past!! I tried to remember to keep my knees soft if standing for a demo, and to keep good core tightness in general -- something that had never been on my mind before. It really helped. I was expecting back, hip and foot pain, and got none of these! This may not sound like much for you younger people, but it sure makes a difference in the quality of life as you get older!!
