Guest guest Posted February 3, 2011 Report Share Posted February 3, 2011 been a rough few days. took yesterday off with the intention of ab work but really didn't get to it. this morning i was not feeling well from a bad headache/puke session yesterday so i kept it to two kettlebell circuits 30/30. i have class in a half an hour and we are walking the track today so that is some extra activity. hoping to get some more pushups in and a stretch. goal is to increase upper body strength with pushups and eventually will add dips and inverted rows (pullups modified with my fluidity bar). i was never good at pushups but didn't do to well for the endurance test so i will put focus on bodyweight movements in my kettlebell routines while i will still have 2 days a week for weights only. hoping to get some better news as the weekend approaches. to much stress from stupid stuff that shouldn't be.
