I also give a little bit of chlorella with the supplements --

specifically with cod liver oil and fish oils just in case there is

any mercury. The chlorella will bind with it and take it on out of

the body (supposedly). You have to be careful that it's good

chlorella or blue green algae -- I like source naturals yaeyama

recently added carnosine and selenium too.
