Guest guest
I also give a little bit of chlorella with the supplements -- specifically with cod liver oil and fish oils just in case there is any mercury. The chlorella will bind with it and take it on out of the body (supposedly). You have to be careful that it's good chlorella or blue green algae -- I like source naturals yaeyama http://www.vitacost.com/Source-Naturals-Yaeyama-Chlorella. I've recently added carnosine and selenium too. Is it the fish oils > > > that contain omega3 or just omega3 that we need? or is it both?
