I thought I'd take a chance and go with a faster paced step workout this morning, and was in the mood for with the excitment of pre-ordering this morning.  Anyway, I managed okay!  Not normal, but not too far behind it :)  I modified just a few counts to catch my breath by taking some of the " oomph " out, otherwise I did fine.  This is a fun little workout :)  I checked my HRM at the end and I had burned 358 calories at the 35-minute mark.

Afterwards, I wanted some abs.  I went with Kari 's Curl.  Wow, I can't believe how much strength I've lost in my abs already.  I really need to work them often to keep them on top of their game!  I managed okay, but worked hard doing so.  At the end of the 60 minutes, I burned 439 calories (don't know why I left my HRM on for abs), with my average at 114.  Obviously my average would have been a lot higher had I checked it at the end of the 's.

Not sure what is up today.. I have a feeling it's going to be a lazy day!  Fire in the fireplace this morning s a must.. It's only 4 degrees out..BRRR...Happy Saturday!D

Well, since you're expecting your 4th, I wouldn't doubt that your abs are saying

" Oh, been there, done this... " I remember that I strained a hip ligament rather

painfully in the 3rd month with my 1st, and the doc said, " Oh, it'll get

better...after you deliver. " >:-P
