It took me forever trying to decide what short cardio I wanted to do today.  I ended up grabbing at the very last second Tony's Step Surge crossing my fingers it had a shorter premix on it.  well, it did have one.. Not exactly what I was looking for, but I did it.  I don't recall what it was titled, but it was the first one, and 35 minutes.  It had a bit of strength in there, but the strength did nothing for my muscles and kept my heart rate high, so that was good.  And then I was surprised w/ some abs at the end.  I decided to do them too since I was planning on working my abs with Cathe anyway.  Good stuff.

Afterwards, I did the strength portion of 4DS Lower Intensity Step.  I challenged myself and went heavier than Cathe on all, but normally just by one notch.  Oh, and I was scared to do the calves, but I buckled up and did 'em.  To have DOMS three weeks in a row there would be surprising.. we'll see what happens!  I did only match her weight there too using 15's.  I didn't dare go heavier.

In the end, I burned a nice 626 calories with my average at 129.  I'm so thankful that I have been able to keep up with my workouts while pregnant.  Not quite as much as I would normally (taking a full rest day now), but only a tiny notch below " normal " .  Yay!  I am determined to not gain a million pounds this go around with my pregnancy!
