Guest guest Posted January 27, 2011 Report Share Posted January 27, 2011 Good morning all, I received Kettlebell Kombos in the mail yesterday. This morning I did the clinic portion of this workout for the first time. this section lasts 35 minutes and it is where he shows you how to do all the basic moves and gives each one about 30 seconds on the clock to practice each move. This was so fun and so well done, I loved it. I especially loved the wood chops, I had a little trouble on those things kind of like a windmill where the weight is in your top hand above your head, I think he called them a rotational squat, but I will work on those. I think I will do the clinic section one more time tomorrow and then maybe do the kombos section on Saturday. This was my first time ever doing a Katami workout and I just love him.
