Well, it is still really bad, can't move my neck b/c it hurts so and can't touch it. My head has started hurting too unfortuantely, really bad at the back of it. I was wondering does anyone have any suggestions about what to do for pain? My pain meds aren't really helping much, and I am so desperate for relief. Still really nauseated with the pain. My vision got blurry earlier today and i thought i was going to faint, it was weird. Please help if you can! I have tried heat and hot shower and rest. Thanks, i am miserable. Hope you aren't!
