Hey Clemens,

If you can give us a more specific idea of your

particular context (laboratory instrumentation,

cell culture, some wacky new HMO idea on how

to reimburse physicians even less than they get

already), you will get more and better replies...

Clemens,

I have encountered tip-forming with cardiovascular catheters

and guidewires, where the tips have to be either shaped or

re-shaped into a particular curve for the delivery into the

anatomy. Some tips are supplied " pre-formed " , others are

not. I am not familiar, however, with any particular systems

for this. The instructions I had usually just said something

about forming the tip, not how.
