Guest guest
Limin, I appreciate your responding to me. I'm not a member of that group. Is there any chance of copying and pasting your messages? I know others have asked about Cowden's protocol also. Guest guest
Judy, Let me recap our experience here. My son received two round of LED, each in last summer (10 sessions) and around last Christmas (3 sessions). For the first round, he was evaluated using Kinesiology muscle testing by a local naturopath doctor trained and recommended to us by Dr. Cowden. He also received LED at the local doctor's clinic. For the second round, my son received an Asyra screening done by Dr. Cowden, and we brought back the homeopathic, toxin vials produced at Dr. Cowden's office to the local clinic for LED. My son responded to the first round of LED beautifully. He excreted elevated level of Lead and Mercury shown on all of our weekly UTMs for about 3 months. And one of the UTMs also captured elevated Aluminum. He had a good leap in cognitive development last summer. The improvement was immediate. He also became more aware of his surroundings and people around him and made good progress in fine motor skills. The result of the second round is less impressive. My son continued excreting elevated Lead, but Mercury dropped back to the reference, normal range. Because it is difficult to gauge the effectiveness of fungal/bacterial/viral detox, I used metal excretion to measure the effect of killing off pathogen, since fungal/bacterial/viral die-off can trigger the release of metal toxins. And I knew for sure that my son was not done with Mercury yet. Metals come out in sequence. Mercury excretion in significant volume usually can only be observed after Lead peaks out. We are still getting Lead primarily. I need to do something to mobilize Mercury again. I am considering a 3rd round of LED, but at the same time feeling hesitant. My son did not have noticeable improvement after the second round. I suspect that the effect of LED might be maxed out for us. Here are a few points I surmise from our LED experience: 1. A more intensive detox program is not necessary a better way. LED can be used to treat food allergens, hormonal imbalances, neurotransmitter imbalance, fungal overgrowth, bacterial and viral infections, and metal toxins, etc. At our first round, all identified, primary issues were spread out to 10 sessions. We took a slower pace to detox a fewer items per session. We got a better result in our UTMs and from observing my son's improvement and progress . As for the second round, we only did 3 sessions to detox all the identified, primary toxins; many more items were detoxified per session. Perhaps it confused the body. As a result, the body did not detox as well. 2. Bacteria and viruses trap metals in the cells. Detoxifying bacterial and viral infections can lead to a better metal excretion than directly detoxifying metals does. The highest excretion of Mercury we got was from the week when we detoxified Borrelia and Babesia. When we detoxified Mercury directly, we did not get as much Mercury. 3. LED can effectively " mobilize " metals from lipid area of the cells, but there is no " binding " element. It is important to use some form of chelators to follow up with each LED session. Otherwise, the metals get mainly stirred up and do not get dragged all the way out of the body. 4. There are at least 2 merits of LED for which I value the therapy. First, it speeds up things. It makes chelation more effective. Secondly, it mobilizes metals from the areas of our body (fatty organs and lipid areas of the cells), where most of the chelators fail to get to. This also makes chelation more effective. Feel free to let me know if you have a question. Limin Re: Cowden laser detox > Limin, > > I appreciate your responding to me. Guest guest
Thank you, Limin. The information is very helpful. My family is dealing with a lot of issues. Lately has been quite discouraging on the health - as well as the financial fronts. I've been going at it for many years, and it gets old (the struggle). I'm at a point of wanting the " easy " button. If there is something that can help quickly with some big issues - or help move things along quicker, I want to do that. Then, continue with necessary protocols. From what I've read of others' experiences, there are periods of gains followed for a while by plateaus. Then, more detox and more treatment against pathogens followed by more gains. I have experience with other " energy " medicine, and have learned that you should not try to deal with too many things at once. It is better to separate out some things and deal with one or two at a time. I think too many, and it is counter-productive. My sister is a NAET practitioner, and this is what she's experienced. We are receiving CranioSacral Therapy, and it is working wonders for us. We have used homeopathic remedies in the past with excellent success, but it is hard to find good homeopaths. I hope to make an appointment soon and see what we experience. Thank you for your input. Guest guest
Limin, Thank you so much for your informative post! We have been doing LED cold laser and cranial work with lllt cold laser weekly since the beginning of Jan. I could not be more pleased with both. After chelating for the last 4 years and using homeopathy and herbs very successfully, we needed to " mop up " . Before starting the LED we had substantially lowered the bodies stress for Lyme, Strep and Staph, almost a year on and off the LDM-100 had substantially reduced viruses (day 9 rash and all) including Measles and Rubella. I have personally used the LED to " mop up " many of the loose ends that plague . I feel it has been doing a good job assisting his " clean out " . It is not my only intervension, and I totally agree with Limin to take it slow. Twice because of some outside body stress we did not do the LED detox that week, just laser rehab therapy and cranial with cold laser. I personally can not recomemend all of this enough (and I'm on a really tight budget)! We do not have any one treatment that has wowed us to recovery. Although, each step is taking us one step closer. Next week will be getting sweep #14 which will be " yellow metals/cobalt " . Then we will be able to take a little bit of a break. For your info, on sweep #11 (Polio, 245T/mainly pestisides, PHF group, MEK group/mainly plastics/formaldehyde) he developed a medium rash within a few hours, mainly on his hands and a little on his chest. The rash itched a little, felt like sandpaper, and lasted about a week, starting to fade within a few days (do not use anything that will clog the pours, it was recommended I use all natural oils). One time before that (#3 Sulfa, mercury and mumps) he developed a minor rash. The rash was looked at both times by the doctors. Both times it was determined the main pathways could not handle all the toxin dump so it came out via the skin. Some of the detoxes he got extra stimmy and more OCD than normal. This also subsided as his body got rid of the toxin movement. Just like with any detox, binding and getting rid of the toxin is key to success. I ALWAYS followed, 25-36 hours later with a really good Ionic Foot bath at a local practitioner to help his body get rid of as much as possible. The doctors also continually adjusted his binders to make sure we were binding all the toxins and not redistributing. The doctors just upped my binders again to Activated Charcoal (including 2- 1 hour before sweep), Pectasol, Alfalfa, and they have recently added/and upped Chlorella. Make sure you are monitoring how much his body can handle (I personnaly would not have this done without a really good muscle tester checking regularly to see if his body can handle each toxin before the sweep). This will keep the side effects of detox down. If you do not have a copy of the " LED Detox Instructions " (they are VERY INTERESTING), I'll be glad to send it to you. This attachment lists some of the toxins and what must be avoided for 25 hours after the sweep. Tami, Thank you so much for putting the picture of his hands with the rash to the group!! Also, Hint, make sure you bring some all natural cotton gloves to each appointment so he does not come into contact with something he's not suppose to right after the sweep. We had to start all the LED with Sulfa, because after 4 years of detoxing anything Sulfa was stressing him. It took 2 sweeps, but it needed to get done to add all my chelators, for the exact reason Limin laid out (these treatments release metals and they need to be bound up with chelators to help them out of the body). I had most of the typical chelation side effects during many of the treatments including droolling, OCD's and some immune issues (got a cold around sweep #5). SUPPORT the immune system! In the last 2 weeks six kids in my sons class have had Strep. He had a 100 fever last week we are watching him close for. He was just put back on LDM-100 for 30 days, Pau darco for 60 days and upped to 13 Chlorella tablets for extra binding, to tackle the stirred up Strep, viruses and yeast. Judy, I wish there was a " easy button " ....we'd all like to use it. But most of us keep plugging along knowing that little by little we're helping our child. Hope this helps.
