Guest guest
Hi Sharon, I use quite a bit of homeopathy with my son and it's been a part of his treatment from the beginning of biomed (2.5 years). I knew nothing about it, so I was lucky enough to get in with a great pediatrician who figured out what his body needed to recover. And mine too - I'm actually on more than my son at the moment! It just seems to WORK for everyone in my family. From cold remedies to liver function to hyperthyroidism. I know others who haven't had as much success though. Everyone is different. I can't say my son's recovery was solely due to homeopathy. I also did a lot of the usual DAN! supplements, some Yasko supps, every natural detox protocol under the sun, FIR Sauna, elimination of environmental and food toxins, GFCF diet and a few others. Pretty much everything except for the hard hitting stuff like chelation, HBOT or IV anything. My favorite quote is " First - do no harm " . So it doesn't hurt to get rid of plastics, stop using the microwave, stop eating artificial chemicals, cut down on EMR, stop using air fresheners and toxic household cleaners....... Try to output more toxins than you input in a daily basis. I'm not sure if any kid could recover with more junk going in than out. Detox is really important - but equally so should elimination of exposure to new toxins. Sorry to run on. I know your question was just about homeopathic treatments, but for me it was a useful part of a much broader treatment protocol. Not the Whole Enchilada. ;-) > > im filling out the paperwork to start homeopathy treatment for my 2 yr old son with asd. he is rather mild and we are really anxious about staring anything that may bring negative results that last. we are starting with homeopathy because we feel it is a gentle approach. i went to the homeopathy board and asked for stories of recovery or bad side effects from using homeopathy and no response at all. now im nervous! has anyone tried homeopathy and would you please share your story of success or failure. we really just want the good, bad, and ugly, so we know what we are getting ourselves into. thanks, sharon >
