Guest guest Posted January 11, 2011 Report Share Posted January 11, 2011 Today I worked out to an itunes podcast on my exercise bike. The instructor was Gregg Cook. It was about 34 minutes long total. I loved it. A friend on another list hooked me up with these and I am loving them, best of all, they are free. I have downloaded a ton of them. My bike is right next to my computer so that works out. I still need to figure out how to get them on my Blackberry so I can take some podcasts walking with me. I burned 212 calories today according to my bike. I also weighed in today. I only lost a pound down to 154, so I guess I am going to take forever to get back to my preholiday weight of 149. Oh well, this is how we learn I guess. Tomorrow I think I am going to do something with my new goodies, either a medicine ball or a kettlebell workout.
