,Yes, it's a shame.  Our forefathers thought enough to write in provisions for the separation of church and state but didn't have enough foresight to talk about the separation of state and science or medicine and the government.

Someone dropped the ball and can't see the awful harm that allowing prescription drugs to be advertised on television and what this does to us as a society.  There are only two countries in the world that allow this: the US and New Zealand, but I think I read a while back that New Zealand was going to make it illegal again.  Smart move on their part.

We tell our children, " Don't do drugs, " , but what do they see commercial after commercial whenever they watch TV?  Everyone needs to take a " drug " to feel better.    Then we allow drug companies to lure doctors into being their pushers.  They ply them with perks --even expensive trips to the Caribbean.  No one sees the harm in this???  Now the Supreme Court has ruled that big business can give even more support to political campaigns.  Good God!  Who do they think they are kidding???

I like Reader's Digest, but I never believe ANYTHING I read in there about health or medicine.  They are supported almost solely by pharmaceutical ads!  Big Pharma has control over the networks and the print media.  What ever happened to a " free press? "

Most hospitals are largely supported by pharma.  I also found out that they fund a lot of medical students' educations.  Do you think they don't want anything in return?  Have you ever read On the Take or The Truth About the Drug Companies?  These are two very enlightening books.

They don't have to make them safe for all.  They weigh the risk/profit/loss ratio and if the profit side is larger they go with it, and the goons at the FDA and CDC are all paid off, so we have to watch out for ourselves.

We designed a government with checks and balances with three branches of government, but we never thought to say, " Hey, if you go to work for the CDC, then if you leave, you cannot go to work for a pharmaceutical company for seven years (or some good length of time).  The same should go for the FDA regarding drugs and food products.  There should never be ANYONE allowed to work for the CDC, FDA, nor on the vaccine advisory board who holds any partial patent or patent nor even any stock in ANY drug or drug company --especially one regarding vaccines.

They play God and so long as THEIR kids are okay, they don't care.  have you read the Simpsonwood transcript?  This meeting took place shortly before my son's triggering shots.  At the meeting, one man talks about how he just had a new grandson and he wasn't going to let HIS grandson get shots containing thimerosal, but he agreed to keep his mouth shut to the general public.  This man could have saved my son and your child and so many others.

Later, my son's neurologist would diagnose my son with " Heavy Metal Intoxication " which was just a politically correct way to say mercury poisoning.  This doctor worked for Children's and he let me know that any negative views regarding vaccines were not accepted at the hospital.

Then he said, " Gee, I'm so sorry.  I thought they took that stuff out of vaccines....but you've just got to understand, by mass vaccinating we are saving so many, but there are gonna be losses.  Your son is one of them and you just need to go home and accept it.

So they KNOW some children will be damaged by vaccines but they consider these acceptable losses because they have this lofty idea that it is for the general good. Sacrifice the few for the many but just don't tell parents about it.

You know what Napoleon said?  Now he was a ruthless general, but he said that when all was said and done, in the end, there would be more doctors in white coats in HELL than all the generals who ever lived.In ancient times, the barbarians used to throw children into the volcano because they believed it would insure a good harvest.  Our society today has not come so far from the barbarians.  What is the difference???  they throw some of our children away because they believe there will be some catastrophic epidemic.  Illness is a part of life --an important part of evolution.  If you block measles, eventually it will mutate into a strain the vaccine can't prevent.  Bacteria and viruses want to survive just as badly as we do.

I am reading a book now called Survival of the Sickest.  It is all about how the human race (and every other species) needs illness to survive.  It is only by getting sick and surviving that our immune systems are prepared for the next stronger thing that comes along.  It talks about how during the Black Death some people didn't get sick, and now they know it was because their bodies set up a defense --- today this defense is still in some people, but it is known as hemochromatosis and left untreated can harm these people.  This is an excess of iron in the body. It prevented the Plague from killing people but now it can harm their descendants because it doesn't have the Plague to fight off (though there are still some cases every year, but tetracycline can cure it).  Another one is diabetes.  How do the Icelandic people handle the cold?  In cold climates, the body does its best to rid its cells of water because in hypothermia the water in the cells will turn to ice and damage body tissues, but a diabetic state in the body wards off hypothermia for a longer period of time.  African Americans now battle Sickle Cell Anemia, but sickle cell was (and is) a defense against malaria.

How do they know that chicken pox, measles, mumps, and rubella aren't an attempt of Nature to prepare the human immune system against cancer later on in life????I believe vaccination makes us weaker as a species, but it is the perfect crime.  If a stronger illness comes along, they will make great profit off selling a vaccine that doesn't work or they will blame it on those of us who choose to abstain.  If their profit margin drops low enough, they could unleash their own bio-engineered pandemic and have everyone falling before them. 

I envision some day they will petition to have a great big needle attached to the top of the Washington Monument and expect people to bow before it ---okay, just sort of kidding, but the drug companies ARE NOT the saviors of mankind!!!

I, too, never dreamed this is where I would be.  Sometimes God drags us to where HE wants us to be --whether we are willing or not.  I do not believe He has anything to do with the evil that men do, but he does have the power to make good come out of it.  I'm not " religious " but I am spiritual and I do have faith.

In the Bible in Revelation it talks about a great city and its men (Babylon) that will be deceived by its " Pharmakia " or in some texts it reads " Phamakos. "   Interesting....... It also talks about how mothers will weep in those days.  I don't know...sometimes perhaps I just think too much, but in the past twenty years I have just seen this " greed "   in our nation grow and grow. 

But there is a movement growing called " Radical Simplicity. "   Have you heard of it?  More is not better.  When I think on my life, if all my " things " were lost but my family remained --then I am rich, but it would have been nice if the government had not interfered and allowed our children to be poisoned.

We have been waiting EIGHT years to be heard by the vaccine court.  Now we are in limbo.  Why don't they tell parents, " Oh, yeah, we're going to give your kid these thirty-six shots, but if anything goes wrong, you are on your own.  You won't be able to sue anybody, and all the medical and educational and therapeutic costs will fall on your shoulders. "   How many parents would want to vaccinate then??? They told us to file with VAERS and that is a big joke.  I am not going to use a product that has been given Carte Blanche with regards to liability and I wouldn't have then if someone had bothered to tell me they are immune to liability.

None of that even compares to watching your baby slip away and then suffer illness after illness, and then to have to suffer the insipid indignation of having his pediatrician say to me last winter, " Are you sure I can't talk you into giving him a flu shot? "   Has this man not really heard one work I've said since we started going there????  I told him if he shot me in the head first.  I'm not going to risk my son looking catatonic again.  And so, I choose to trust God.  I have little trust left in man.

I've gone and vented again......but I am trying to make sense of it all.Aluminum causes brain cell death.  it is suspect in many cancers, especially breast cancer which, as you know is on the rise.  I stopped using any antiperspirants.  I use only a natural deodorant, and natural body powder.  We seldom use anything out of a can --very seldom.  We do not store food nor cook in aluminum foil.  I had to do this because I had my first breast biopsy at the age of twenty-seven.  Then I had to have two more and developed a nodule right where the antiperspirant goes that had to be removed.  Then I had to have two more biopsies with excision of dysplastic cells.  That was it for me.  In addition to the above, I got tested for iodine deficiency and was deficient, so I started taking Iodoral for iodine deficiency, and now my mammograms are fine and even the fibrocystic breast disease went away.

I believe if we are looking for cures, we are going to find it in what we put into our bodies and what we put on our bodies.

It's cool to Haven to have a place to vent. What I want most for you is peace.

I don't know how to explain it...but the more I have peace the better my son

does. One of the secrets of Son-Rise is that the parents heal. Since you have

come this far, trying so much and being so open to so many life changes. I

would like to invite you to learn more about Son-Rise. I by no means am a

Son-Rise expert.....but I love our kids and can teach you all that I know. I

encourage you to go to the Option Institute.

I know this is at this point a private conversation, but I'll post it...because

I know there are others who need to find this peace too. It further blocks our

kids and destroys our health. I wish I had the money to do lab testing prior

and after Son-Rise on my son's immune function. It was unreal how my attitude

alone affected his progress. But think about it...how bad we feel everyday.

Now think about our kids knowing how sad we are, how frustrated and angry we

are. This affects them too. Even though often it's hard to know if they are

understanding anything.

My husband always said that Tyler understood what I was saying. " How I'd

yell? " as I looked at my son's blank stare...starring past me.

Now my son tells me many things about his past. He asks us why his ABA

therapists were always mad? " why were they mean mommy? " " why did they use

mean words and say COUNT louder and louder? "

I always tell him that everyone loved him and we all did the best we could.

The therapists weren't mean, but they didn't know a better way to play with him.

As soon as we found another way Daddy sent me to learn about your playroom.

I have no regrets and I'm thankful for what we learned and the progress we made

with ABA. But I don't believe this is the answer for our kids. It's

definately not a way to develop socially and connect with people. You can

teach eye contact or the child can desire to look at people.

Haven I look forward to you finding peace even if you are never heard in

VAERS....even if your son never fully recovers, even if those doctors aren't

liable. You only get this one life. You desearve happiness. Your son is a

treasure right where he is. The problem lies in us trying to put a child into

situations he is not YET ready for. Our kids are quite peaceful and wonderful

until we try to get them to understand a world they don't YET understand. We

can learn a lot from the peace they've created for themselves. They have found

ways to take care of themselves.

Acceptance however doesn't equal passiveness. We are still on the Body Ecology

Diet, and I'm running 10 hours a day in our Son-Rise playroom. But most

important is that we have peace.

Tyler is up late tonight. We accidently put him in the chamber at 5 and he fell

asleep. So now at Midnight he's up! He's watching the link below. What a

miracle to hold his hand and talk about his journey with him. He wants to know

why he got so sick. He says at the end " I love this so much Mommy. "

Dear ,Thank you for your caring words, but I do vent about it sometimes.  Of course, in front of my son, I never do this.  I keep this inside.I do have a different viewpoint, and I am not a " let the injustice go " kind of person.  I'm just not.  I know my faith says " forgive, "   but it also says that if you see someone doing wrong and you do nothing about it and this thing hurts other people then you are liable for not speaking up. 

I do appreciate your thoughts on Son Rise and will look more into it.  Another lady who lives near me did it with her son.  When I did ABA, I did not have a therapist.  I just read the manual and devised a learning plan and went with it.  I never yelled.  I combined it with Floor-time and we laughed and learned through play.  At that time it was mostly improving receptive language.  I still use ABA simply by breaking down new tasks into small steps and using PECS, and I also still use some of the techniques for behavior, but his behavior is that of any NT child's now-probably better.

I am open to ANYTHING that will improve the quality for my son's life.  What disturbs me the most about everything that happened is the immune dysfunction.  It wears you out to have a child sick every two weeks, and there is a lot of worry that comes with that. 

I will continue to inform people about our experience and what I have learned since then about vaccines and the pharmaceutical industry.  It is just a different point of view.  I appreciate everything you say about Body Ecology and want to learn more and work this summer on improving my son's diet and going beyond gf/cf/sf.  I do believe this is key.
