That's fantastic! Welcome to the switched side! When you do that trip home, make

sure you stop and get out of the car and walk around every few hours as

well...hitting the accelerator is not the same as increasing your circulation :)

Hi Phyllis!

Congratulations on being switched! It sounds like you are doing well, and I

am so glad you took the time to post your update! Take care of yourself, and

remember to take things slowly at first!

So glad to hear that your surgery is over and you're on your way to

recovery! Good for YOU for getting in that protein! I haven't

found a protein drink yet that I like but I'm going to try Spiru-

tein tonight or tomorrow. I got a free sample in the mail.

Definitely get your rest but keep us posted! I'm so happy for you!
