Guest guest
Dear , I suppose this is too late, but the sentence intrigued me. It is, off course, a bit out of (a physical) context, e.g. how many gates are there? How about: Having entered the sterile area via the gate(s?) wearing protective suits to avoid contamination, the required swobs are taken from the patient to start with. I have left out the 'sachgerecht' which could be translated by 'according to the regulations' or 'duly' Nach sachgerechtem Einschleusen in Schutzkleidung zur Vermeidung von Kontaminationen, werden zunächst alle erforderlichen Abstriche am Patienten durchgeführt. I'd be very interested in your final version Regards Barbara

Hi Barbara, Thanks. The client and I decided to drop the einschleusen bit, and just stay with 'protective clothes': because this is a film, there was no time to explain the part about the sterile area.
