I've tentatively put 'Dx imp.' as 'diagnoses.' PUD was also listed together with DM (diabetes mellitus) for the patient's father in the family medical history portion. Corazón: RR HR 112/min Heart: ?? Heartbeat rate 112/min ------------- Dx imp. (1) Hipertensión arterial (2) DM por Hx (3) R/O PUD Diagnoses: (1) Arterial hypertension (2) Diabetes mellitus for ??
