That's great, Jen! I havent' tried either of these workouts yet, but I will. Today is back to Burn Circuit 1 for me. I will do this tonight after teaching Turbo.

Wouldn't it be better to do BC1 before you teach so that you can lift heavier? I would be too tired to lift anything! LOL Jen

You are probably right.... but I didn't have time to do CLX before my turbo class because I worked yesterday up to the time to teach my class. Now that the snow has melted, my kids are back in school and I'm back to work. I wish I was dedicated enough to do this first thing in the morning before going to work, but I'm not there yet. I was too tired to do this last night. :( I teach 2 turbo classes today, so not sure if I'm going to get to do CLX today either. I'm at work until 3:00, then teach my first turbo class at 3:30 and my second one at 5:30. Oh how I miss the days I didn't work and all I had to do was exercise! lolKeep up the good work, Jen! I'm just slightly behind... did CLX Burn Circuit 1 tonight. :) Yesterday I stayed at the Y after class and did some of the exercises using 15 pound weights! :) I don't have that high at home. I will do Burn 2 on Friday. Thursday is another 2 turbo class day for me.

I did this workout right after the lower body extreme zone workout. I also had trouble doing pigeon on my right side and didn't want to force it and hurt my knees so I did the best I
