Guest guest
, Thank you for your feedback and information. Has the use of Hypothalamus and Pituitary helped you in the area of hormonal regulation and balance? My son has high DHEA and testosterone. I tried a high potency testosterone remedy to down-regulate his level of testosterone, but the remedy did not produce the desired effect. I tested his level of testosterone before and after 3-month of using the remedy; his testosterone remains high. It also could be that other things we were doing impacted the working of the remedy. I have not tested him for cortisol, but think that he might have excess cortisol. His muscles are weak and lame. It could be too much cortisol that lead to protein breakdown and muscle weakness. What is a good lab or test to check levels of cortisol? I compare the datasheets of Hypothalamus and Hypothalamex. I am not entirely sure what the differentiation factors are for these two similar products, except the extracting process. Hypothalamus does seem to be more helpful to those who have autoimmunity to their own tissues and glands. Have you seen or felt any differences when on these two separately? Did Standard Process introduce these two products to the market almost at the same time, or one of them was a newer addition? (We do not have any EMF protection devices installed, but we switch off circuit breakers at night.) I appreciate much your inputs. Thank you. Sometimes I muscle test to need one or the other, and other times both. For quite a while, I was using tons of Hypothalamus AND Pituitary daily, and was practically broke because of how much I needed. Eventually, things leveled out, saturated, and with EMF protection, became not needed so much. I never realized just what the Hypothalamus did.... Did some research on the Diencephalon, and realized that the Hypothalamus is a small part of the whole enchalata, but probably the most active part. It, helps to govern body temperature, and directs other glandular functions. There is a document that you can find on the web called Lecture_Diencephalon.pdf that is a neat color slide type show of the Diencephalon and Hypothalamus, and all that goes into it. It's over 876 kbs, so I won't attach it.... Hope this is helpful. I learned a lot that year - researching this issue. My son has hormonal and electrolyte (low in sodium) imbalance. In stand of using supplements to adjust individual hormones or neurotransmitters, I want to see if directly supporting the upstream hypothalamus gland can help to regulate hormones and neurotransmitters better. Thank you. Limin
